The Chosen. The Chosen is a historical drama series that brings the life of Jesus Christ to the screen through the eyes of those who encountered him, offering a fresh, relatable perspective on familiar  biblical characters and events. In our study groups, we will watch the video together, and then we will have discussion using the study guide book: What Does It Mean to Be Chosen?: An Interactive Bible Study. The study groups will meet in person, and there will be an option to join via zoom. Join fellow Hope members as we help out at Tikkun Farm (7945 Elizabeth Street, Mt. Healthy). On Sat. 10/18, Hope will be participating in one of Tikkun’s Multifaith Volunteer Days, when Tikkun welcomes people from all spiritual communities to serve together for the greater good.
The day begins at 9am with a sacred experience in nature, followed by work on service projects. Tasks are available for all ages and all ability levels.
